Graduated with my Bachelor's degree in mathematics with a concentration in Childhood Inclusive Education from Suny Brockport. Also graduated with my master's degree in Literacy from Suny Brockport.
Experience
Have currently been a tutor for three years ranging from third grade to SAT math test prep. I am also a seventh grade math teacher in the West Irondequoit school district and have been teaching math at this level for two years. Prior to that I worked in Elementary buildings. I think it is very important to figure out a child best learns and teach to that need to best help them succeed. Getting students comfortable with different procedures and strategies through hands on play is a must!
